Coconut oil is my only skin conditioner (after I started dry brushing - Google dry skin brushing for more info. on that). Also, I warm it up on the stove and put it in my hair and put on a plastic cap and sleep in it over night. In the morning I wash it out with shampoo. It is an EXCELLENT deep conditioner this way. I do this about once every 1.5 months (after every application of henna - which tends to dry out my hair).

I have never replied to a post before, even though I try to read as many as possible. However, Lucille, you always share such interesting videos and facts that I just had to thank you for all the information. It has all been so very helpful to me. From: Lucille
