Guest guest Posted February 17, 2012 Report Share Posted February 17, 2012 Have you peeled an avo, quickly dip in lemon/citrus juice and frozen each half on a tray and then placed in a freezer bag/container to use later? I want to try this but thought I would try to find out if there is a reason NOT to try this? LOL Since they are so much better during certain times of year I would love to freeze them at the optimal time of year for use in smoothies later. Thanks!
