Guest guest
I wouldn't think it would taste good in a Green Smoothie. Turmeric is better absorbed with black pepper and milk. Guest guest
That sends me thinking of a VM soup with a Indian flair (coconut milk, pepper and tumeric and veggies). Anyone got any thoughts? Guest guest
Yes, I have put it in smoothies. As long as you don't put a lot - 1/2 teaspoon will be fine. Fruit in smoothies is very forgiving, you can add a lot of things and you won't taste them if you only put in a little bit. Janet
