Guest guest Posted March 26, 2012 Report Share Posted March 26, 2012 Just to try to keep track of what I am doing I have decided to start a 7 day raw food fast, hoping to keep a log of what I eat here, but I know I am not much for blogging, but here is to a new start. breakfast is my normal breakfast smoothie I share half of with my husband: 1 orange 1 carrot 1/4 long cucumber 1 sm apple 2 Tb flax seed handful sm mixed greens handful md baby spinach 1 to 1 1/2 cups strawberries, frozen 1/2 cup mix berries, frozen all in vitamix, pour and enjoy! notes to remember soak almond to make mike tomorrow cut and freeze half of avocados side note last day of coffee, tomorrow no coffee, might still have green tea plan meal for week thanks in advance for any input or new recipes, have done this before with good results, even had my husband in on it! this time he might join in within a day Heidi-Beth Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
