I had my friend here for a cooking lesson today. I think I told you about that.

Anyway, I made the lemon curd and this time I added a slurp of Grand Marnier to

it. Zounds!!! That's a great kicked up flavor. Next time you do it either add

grand Marnier or Triple Sec. Outstanding.

I do believe I have some ideas on how to make my pineapple, coconut, rum cream.
