Guest guest Posted March 21, 2012 Report Share Posted March 21, 2012 Hi , I've been following a vegan diet since August and I don't think I could have made it without the " Not-So Cheese Sauce " in my Vitamix cook book. I first gave up meat, but giving up cheese was much harder for me. This nacho type dip really helped me conquer my cravings. Guests gobbled it up too. I also enjoyed that I could eat it without feeling guilt, excpet for all the chips :-/. I made mine with almonds rather than cashews (cheaper) and added chopped jalapenos. Hope this helps.
