Guest guest Posted March 12, 2012 Report Share Posted March 12, 2012 I just looked up Pineapple enzymes in McGee's and the answer is I have to cook it. The enzyme Bromelain which is the major enzyme. It will digest milk, cream or casein proteins. Okay, I'm going to cook it.
