Guest guest
I think for your safety you had better wait for dinner until I get more understanding and make some adjustments....so I can offer you something decent. But once I get some good tasting food going you're more than welcome. I had a smoothie for breakfast that wasn't too bad. (I was using some things I already had) peach yogurt (will be replacing that with regular yogurt and adding fruit in future) oatmeal flax chia hemp almonds almond milk. Lunch was another bowl of the vegetable soup I had made. Dinner was cream of broccoli soup (got the recipe from a demonstrator) It was a little strong (not sure if it was the clove of garlic or onion) but will start playing with them. It had quinoa and skim milk powder to make it creamy. I would like to not have to use the milk powder. I still have plenty so I'm going to try taking some broccoli and water and see if I can stretch the soup so it's not as tangy. Can anyone tell me do you only use the broccoli heads or do you use the stems? Re: question re cabbage What time is dinner, Rusty? I will bring fresh baked bread and wine!
