Guest guest
That's funny... as long as they didn't get any of it on the car... that foam takes the duco off as well! And it is good that you got them and they had to clean up. No, my standing on the front verandah in my jimjams probably scared the beejeebas out of most of them. Craig did a few circuits in the car and we kept in phone contact with the other poor devils that have been struggling with it. The police were also out and about and very visible. What I don't get is that these teenage boys are out in cars zooming up and down the street on a Tuesday evening - a school night. The parents are aware that the police have been involved, and they are still letting them go out in their cars... I don't get it. We had an inside incident thought... a group of Liam's friends arrived and they all stood about being smelly and cool, and one of them put an egg in his bed... then sat on it! I know the boy - in fact, he is my godson... boy oh boy, is he in trouble after school today!!!!!! Its my friend Cates son... she is very embarassed! Guest guest
Our son was only 3 months old when he started fevering and had only had Enfamil Lipil powdered formula up to that point. I don't know if they use eggs as a source of vitamins or protein in their formula. I have often wondered about what makes the fevers start myself.
Guest guest
I had my son tested for food allergies before I would accept the diagnosis. He wasn't allergic to anything. You can test for food allergies with a simple blood test. In my son's case...I truly believe the tonsils and adenoids were the culprit. He hasn't fevered since they were removed ...and I pray it stays that way!  Amy- Mom to -Age 3- T & A 2.5 months ago-started Pre-School as a healthy/happy little boy this week!
Guest guest
I have often wondered about what initially causes these episodes, too. In this group we have been through many speculations, including blood type of the mother, vaccinations, allergies, reflux etc. Personally, having had success with T & A, I now no longer think it is linked to anything like that. Otherwise it wouldn't make sense that T & A worked in the majority of cases?! Who knows - will we ever know???
Guest guest
My mother took me to a holistic doctor when I was eight who decided to do and elimination diet. He took me off of eggs, milk and rye when I was eight years old for six weeks. The eggs were reintroduced within a few months but no milk or rye for six years. The fevers stopped coincidentally that summer but I started having severe sinus infections that lasted for years. Also from what I have read many children with stop having fevers around 8. I reintroduced milk back into my diet when I was 14 and haven't had issues with it. From my own experience the eggs & milk didn't contribute to my fevers or the sinus infections or chronic tiredness. I absolutely hated not being able to eat what everyone else was having especially pizza I definitely resented my mom but looking back on it now as a parent I can finally appreciate that she really tried EVERYTHING. Guest guest
In my opinion - food allergies are not related to our daughters . Our family (all members near and far that I'm aware of) have NO food allergies. Dani does have a sensitivity to medicine, but no true " allergies " to it. The only thing some members have is Hay fever/pollen allergies; cat dander allergies; and I'm allergic to feathers. Nothing a little Claritin doesn't solve. Though I wish I was allergic to fattening and sugar foods!!! All that said - for others, it's a thought/possibility, but not for us - I don't believe. Ginger Daughter - le, 3 years old (fevering since 7 months, diagnosed at 15 months, T & A on 12/11/07, Fever-free since 11/16/07) Son - Jay, 16 months old ----------------------------------------- ==================================================== This message contains PRIVILEGED and CONFIDENTIAL information that is intended only for use by the named recipient. Guest guest
MNORGANICEGGS = Schlangen Family Farm. We are not at Midtown this season after 5 years in that market. Not enough time (after a routine 809 hr week) and not enough eggs to cover the growing demand for local quality. We got $5 for our Jumbo eggs more than 3 years ago. We can promote more variety of food and multiple farms on our weekly delivery route, as long as our basic rights are not ignored the mda goons. > > how much are the eggs from MNorganics at at the midtown farmers market. Thanks. > > > Kim Perlinger __________________________________ > >
