common ingredients and see if you find them. If you do, they're in the app, if

this moment in time, for me calorie counting is the way it needs to be.

Obviously I can check the calories before I start but the quantity reduces so

I'm kind of stuck. Would I need to measure it out afterwards, tablespoon by

tablespoon? Or is there a better way?
