Guest guest Posted March 24, 2012 Report Share Posted March 24, 2012 It worked. I just tried it. For 2 cup of Bloody mary mix liquid I used 3/4 teaspoon of gelatin, bloomed. The consistency is nice and light in texture and color. It's not thick enough to form pretty peaks like whipped cream but exactly like it looks in the iSI uTube video. ate some just to taste it and it held fine on the spoon. He only had a couple of spoons since he didn't want horseradish for breakfast. <g> the Bloody mix was very mild so I loaded it up with lots of horseradish, Worcester and freshly ground black Malabar (my fav) pepper and vodka. Then i put that in the Vitamix for a good buzz and measured out the 2 cups which I put through the strainer into the i pint iSI, gave it a good couple of shakes and put it in the fridge on its side, shaking every 30 minutes for 3 or 4 times.
