Yuk, I wouldn't. If it doesn't taste good to me before it goes in the Vitamix I

don't use it.

No - it's bitter.

Mango peel contains urushiol, which is the same chemical found in poison ivy and

poison sumac that causes rashes and in some cases respiratory issues.

Eating the skin can cause negative reactions especially for people who have

shown allergic reactions to poison ivy and such.
