Guest guest
Hello, I read about your visit to the doc today. What did he say about the hair loss? How has that been lately? I am hoping that you recover over time. Lots of time probably! Ann
Guest guest
Dear LM, I can see you are re living the traumatic experience of the day at Dr. Huang's. this grieves me and my sympathy is with you. I'm not trying to get in on this but I will stand by you and defend your feelings. I love you. We've all suffured too much at the hands of drs. and people who don't believe in us. I'm not saying the other girls aren't beleaving in you or your interpretation of the facts. Alls I know is its unneccessary for you to have to relive this or justify yourself, that hurts my heart. love, Lynda <coss@...> wrote: I don't think anyone dismissed the bad experience, just the way it carried on forever and seemed to negate others' positive experiences.LyndaAt 09:24 AM 6/17/2004, you wrote:>Lm, To sum up my response to your message, I never dismissed your bad >experience. Guest guest
Marie thanks for the advice - Yep it was you I was referring to. You were referring to walking and exercising in an earlier post so I thought I would ask for your help. My issue is that once I do something I am a couch potato, too - I have a toddler to take care of so that makes things kind of hard. I have been just doing some serious stretching lately but not too much as I can't be stuck in bed w/ my little one running around! Actually he is almost out of being a toddler as he just turned 3 but he is still too little to be unsupervised. thanks again for your advice!!! love shari

Guest guest
Shari: Hi. You're welcome. Nothing is wrong with taking a break being a couch potato after a workout AND taking care of a baby! Your hands must be full. I'll be praying that you get through the hurricane OK! Take Care. -Mariehalvey70@... wrote: Mariethanks for the advice - Yep it was you I was referring to. Guest guest
: I didn't know that working out at night taxed the adrenals--thanks for letting us know. I work out around 7 PM this time of year. It's too hot to speed walk in the afternoon. I sleep until noon so for me, 7 PM is like my afternoon. As the summer draws to an end, I'll mosify my schedule and hike earlier and sleep earlier too. With the FMS, sleep does not come easy. I usually drop off at about 4:30 AM. JOSEPH PALANCA <juliejp61@...> wrote: Shari, I used to get wiped out too, when I was severley hypo and had the implants. So, for me, at the time, I would workout at night, after Ty was asleep. or better, when he took his afternoon nap. I know they say working out at night isnt optimal, or too hard, and it may be burden on the adrenals. But it was the only time I could. The night workouts didn’t keep me up either. I would shower, and fall fast sleep. Try it, even if it is light. better than nothing. Thought I would put in a mommy tip. My little guy is 4. Love you, Re: LM Shari: Hi. You're welcome.
