Guest guest
This was a CRAZY experiment - but Delicious!I ate out for lunch and had some salad left over (vinaigrette dressing) - probably about a cup of salad. Also had about a cup of left over garlic marinated kale salad. And I had about 1/2 a cup of left over Kim Chee!WHAT A CRAZY combo of flavors! But I decided to mix it all up in the Vitamix anyway.I blended it all on about variable 5-6 using the tamper to keep it pushed down into the blades. It got all chopped up into a chunky mushy texture - kind of like minced veggies in sauce. It was very flavorful, but needed something, so I diced up an avocado into mini-dices, and mixed them into the chopped salads+kim chee mix and it was DIVINEThe MOST important part of this experiment was how EASY it was… dump the last of my Kim Chee, and two to go boxes into the Vitamix and add a diced Avocado.MY KIND OF MEAL PREPARATION!!! Guest guest
You know me, it is all about the experiment. Isn't that what cooking is, just throwing flavors together that appeal to the individual? > > This was a CRAZY experiment - but Delicious! > > I ate out for lunch and had some salad left over (vinaigrette dressing) - probably about a cup of salad.
