Guest guest
I'm about to try a little bit of the Xanthan Gum in a salad dressing. It's should emulsify the oil with the ingredients. I'm trying my Everyday Caesar Salad dressing to see how it works. It's a recipe I use instead of the real deal. I'd be happy to post the recipe if anyone would like it altho it's not a vitamix use. I just use a bowl. I will let you know how it works. I'll make it, refrigerate it and see how it looks (and tastes) after an hour or two. terry On Mar 9, 2012, at 3:29 PM, Janel Brennan wrote: > > > YUM.
