I find with the pear, that it comes out more like a sherbet if you use cream, sorbet if just the pear. I have made apple popsicles though, which is sort of a no brainer, but I have added raw cream to them-my daughter loves them. Now I substitute 1/4 of an avocado for the protein powder.
