Guest guest
Mostly I avoided. I avoided pesticides, chemicals, food additives, food colorings, ate organic foods, avoided all sugars, white starches, dairy, caffeine, alcohol, tobacco, etc. I drank tons of pure reverse osmosis filtered water. I took a lot of natural supplements, as we do not absorb nutrients well when we have autoimmune problems. Avoidance of things was the key. No red meat, but free range chicken, turkey, and deep ocean fish. Whole grains, organic. I used organic rice dream instead of milk. I did take a product called Tox-Met-X to clean out the toxic metals. I think there are still products like that out there. Everyone's situation is different. I had a Naturopath who helped me with this detox. Guest guest
In 1992 and 1993, I was spending abou5 $500 a month for supplements, and it was necessary, as I was not absorbing much and they kept me going. When I tried to quit taking them, I slid back into extreme fatigue. Lynda At 10:19 AM 6/18/2004, you wrote: >lynda, I am 29 . That about it , besides taking Beyond fiber,by Garden of >life- thats it. Guest guest
It was so long ago. I took something called Tox-Met-X. I also did some liver cleanses, but cannot remember the names of them. I cannot take chlorella. It does not like me.
