*I think* there are massage people who can actually do a lymph

massage that will aid in draining the lymph system. I've also heard

about something you can drink that will help the lymps system drain.

I have a lymph gland that was full of silicone but it had a very

large vein wrapped around it so my doctor considered it too risky to

remove it. He said that it would eventually drain. I'm going to

make an appointment with my primary care doctor who is into all the

natural remedies BIG TIME. Maybe she will have more information.

I have had lymph massage. When I was retaining so much water, we worked on

that. It did help some. Also, getting a small trampoline (the home kind)

and jumping on it 5 minutes several times a day is supposed to help.

Probably, but I would balk at surgery. I had a few removed to check for

infection, and would not do it again.
