Guest guest
I posted my question here about these yesterday, but got no answer so called Vitamix. Got a really...snippy would be too kind a word....customer service rep who told me that the only reason I would want a dry container is if I were " one of those " who needed a fine grind anyway, so why was I worrying about it? And no, he didn't think $150 for a container was expensive. Further, that he had nothing to do with stores selling things to people giving them bad information. (Yes, I know that, but he sure couldn't care less either who is selling what and saying what). Basically " get lost lady " was the attitude. Nor would he answer any questions about what I could or could not do in -- I guess I have -- the wet container. Just kept saying " Weeelllllll, but it wiiiiilllll do that...of course unless you really need a fine grind for making flour. " So you mean I can't? " Nooooooo, it willllll do that, except... " I'm so disappointed I want to throw the entire thing out the window. And it has been way too long since I bought it to go back to the store, which is in another state anyway. Heaven help all of us if this is the sort of customer service we can expect should something go wrong with our machines. I'm sorry to be in the least negative, as I love what I have. I'm just really horrified that I don't have all that I need, wasn't told that, and Vitamix won't help by informing me. And Lea Ann, of course this have nothing to do with you and this wonderful list.
