I was watching a Costco demonstration about the Vita Mix and they were talking

about a raw marinara sauce. I was wondering if anyone has a good recipe for one.

Thank you.

I just made one yesterday. Can’t tell you exactly the amounts but I used a tomato, about a half cup of sun dried tomatoes in olive oil, a red pepper, a couple of garlic cloves, lots of fresh basil leaves, some chives that have started coming up in the garden already, and a little salt and pepper. It was delish! I put it on a gluten free flatbread I made and crumbled goat cheese on top. Then this morning I spread some on more flatbread and put my egg on top. Yummy, too! ne Find Sylvana Vintage Designs @ http://www.sylvanavintagedesign.etsy.com and https://www.facebook.com/SylvanaVintageDesignsEnjoy my blog, Romancing the Everyday, @ http://www.sylvanavintagedesigns.wordpress.com.My latest book, The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Beading Basics, is now available at amazon.com and your local & Noble bookstore.

That sounds terrific, it will go great over the zucchini noodles. Sent from my iPhoneOn Apr 17, 2012, at 12:03 PM, "ne Lockwood" <glockwood@...> wrote:

Aloha,

I made my first raw marinara from a recipe I got from a podcast of Gordon

Ramsey. Since then, I wing it. Tomatoes, sundried tomatoes, olive oil, basil,

garlic, ..... Since you sent " from my iPhone " I'm sure you can look it up.

Super easy and GOOD! :)

Aloha,

mirthfullady
