My code does not work online. It only works if you call Kilbane at 800-848-2649 ext 2305 The code is: 08-0009-000399Anyone can call and use this code - but ideally, I prefer to have a record of each time the code is used, so if you plan to use the code, I'd be grateful if you would send me:(to Lsavage@...)1) Name and address where the order is to be shipped2) A phone number and a best time to call3) email for shipping confirmationThen I forward this information to and this: 1) gives her a heads up to expect your call, and she can already have most of the information for the order, and 2) gives me a record of the order! :-)For small things like spatulas, cutting boards, extra tampers, etc. this process isn't as important, but for machines, I really do prefer to have a record of the order.
