Guest guest Posted April 30, 2012 Report Share Posted April 30, 2012 INGREDIENTS1 to 2 cups seedless watermelon chunks (no need to be seedless if you use a Vitamix :-)1 tablespoons honey (I would use Stevia :-)1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, or to taste1 cup lemon yogurtDash cinnamon (interesting addition - I wonder how it tastes with mint)1. Puree watermelon, honey, and mint in a blender or food processor quickly–do not over blend. Pulse in the yogurt and cinnamon just until smooth.
