Here's something I want to try. It's in the link below. Mix together and

drink 1/2 a cup a day of each item in this recipe.

What I'd like to do is take a bunch of one thing and juice it. Then put it

in ice cube trays to freeze then put those cubes in a ziplock bag. Do

that with all the ingredients. I'll measure to see how many cubes it takes

for 1//2 a cup. When I want to drink some just put the number of each kinds

of cubes in the VM to liquefy it. Then put the number of cubes for each

item in the recipe and put that into ziplock bags. So one bag will be one

recipe. This could save time like needing to juice everyday. I'm sure

the recipe could be changed to suit your taste and health needs.
