Hello everyone,

I dont know if only our local MDA is doing the wrist bands or if everyone

is?! I would assume that everyone is. I found out about them when I called

about my business selling Shamrocks for MDA and they told me about the wrist

bands and sent them to us for the boys to sell.

There is a write up in this months newsletter that we recieved from

our local MDA. It is the following..

MDA Wristbands...a way for everyone to Help. With the popularity of the yellow

" livestrong " wristbands, MDA has decided to join in on the fun. We have

designed royal blue wristbands with the inscription " help-MDA-hope " and they

sell for just $2. Areas businesses and schools are having great success with

these popular items. Bondurant High School Student Council students sold over

100 wristbands in the first week! Even one of our families is getting

involoved. , and Tyler of Creston are taking them to

school to sell to friends and teachers.

So this is the info. I have about the wristbands. I did take a picture and will

try and get it on here as soon as I figure out how. Otherwise Gretchen I will

just email it to you and you can put it on here if you decide too. As far as I

can tell Gretchen it is just a total fundraiser it really hasn't said if it's

for anything specific but I will email the program director and find out more.

If interested in the wristbands just send me an email at

mjjohnson@...

Hope this answered some of your questions. If not let me know!

Thanks,

***, thanks for the clarification on the wrist bands. I am

supposing the $ raised goes into the general MDA Funds. I'll be glad to put the

picture in our Info for you :) ~ Gretchen
