using walker on cruise

Hi Jim,

My husband & I have been on a few cruises including the Alaska one. Not on the

same line that you'll be on, but found that I have a walker(the one with a seat

attached) & that worked just fine for me. Infact, I had several people ask me

where I bought it. Anyways, I didn't have any trouble at all. The last one was

to Mexico that past Nov. on Carnival which was not set up very well for " us " .

Maybe because it was an older ship, but would never go on another Carnival for

that reason.

Also, in Alaska I went on all the side tours, even the tender boats & my husband

would carry the walker down & up the stairs & everyone was very helpful on

Carribean Lines. Hope this helps ease your mind a bit, but if you could use a

walker it might be of help to you.....(By the way I also use a cane when I feel

I can function without it...... Good Luck.
