HOWEVER, you can make it more of a fine grind by buzzing it in the Vitamix-about 3 cups buzzed on high will make it a finer grind. > > Hi all! > > I purchased a large bag of organic cornmeal. Guest guest Posted March 15, 2012 Report Share Posted March 15, 2012 Why not just use your food processor for that? When I want superfine sugar I just put granulated sugar in the FP and buzz it up. Today I'm doing salsa verde in the Vitamix, when silky smooth it goes into the iSI whip with some bloomed gelatin. Shake and use. For videos check uTube and search on iSI espuma. The iSI is the device developed by Ferran Adria of El Bulli.
