That is ok - who wudda thunk to look there for THAT kind of information? But I like to reply like this to hopefully "teach" everyone to search the links - it is such a valuable resource the links pages are growing every day with some of the Best of this list. One of these days I'm going to write a book and most of my material will come from the links! :-)

Well, for myself, if I were to do this, I would dry my choice of

mixed veggies in my Excaliber dehydrator. That way I would know

exactly what was in them or on them and in my broth mix. I think

doing your own broth mix is a fabulous idea.
