I had a little 5 yr old visitor.. who after her Mom and I were prepping lunch decided I AM NOT HUNGRY.. so told her I bet I could get her something she would love.. so I didn't let her see but mixed up a green mix w frozen broccoli, carrots, frozen strawberries, fat free Greek yogurt and 1/2 banana.. added some water then extra ICE.. zipped it up in the Vitamix.. .Strawberry Banana ICE CREAM.... I put it in a parfait glass with a whole strawberry and a few blueberries on top and gave it too her pronouncing loudly ICE CREAM FOR LUNCH... Well she dove into it saying ' This is the BEST LUNCH EVER " ...... sneaky... her Mom was delighted....and wants my ' ICE CREAM for LUNCH ' recipe... hehehehe Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
