Guest guest
Hi , I too have had problems with dislocating knees. Patella tracking problems is what my orthopedic doctor called them. He too was amazed that it wasn't until my mid 20's that this problem arose. I was so active in high school and never had any trouble. But all of a sudden my right knee (everything is happening to my right side of my body..how wierd) would just pop out and pop back in again. This happened a couple of times until the last time I actually chipped a bone. Surgery was required and that's when I was told about the patella tracking problem, that I have a 50/50 chance of it happening again and if it does it's going to require knee replacement. So I too walk as if I every step is on glass about to break. People at work look at me very strange but better to be safe than broken. Have a great day Elaina.
