I made my first soup in my NEW VM...and it is ReALLY quieter

And the soup...the texture is amazing.. Now I understand...

I had to run to the store for a few ingredients this morning and couldn't wait

to pop it in.. Well I put the ingredients in the carafe and had a few dishes to

wash up from breakfast.. and I didnt' even have them completed when the buzzer

went off and the SOUP WAS DONE..

Then the Fun began.. wow..

I made the version of the broccoli cheese that doesn't use the potato..

rather a little cornstarch... and skim milk. WOW .. it was wonderful..

Can't wait to make some real tomato soup.
