Guest guest
Here is a cranberry mustard that can be done in a VM Cranberry Mustard This is great on turkey sandwiches, and good on ham too. It's a pretty pink color. 3/4 c. yellow mustard seeds 1 1/2 c. cider vinegar 1 1/4 c. dried cranberries 3 T. honey 1 t. salt Combine mustard seeds, vinegar and cranberries in a non-reactive bowl and soak for 48 hours, adding additional vinegar if necessary to keep seeds covered with liquid. Scrape mixture into a food processor (or VM) and process until mixture turns creamy flecked with seeds and bits of cranberry. Add honey and salt. This process can take anywhere from 3-4 minutes (except in a VM). Add additional vinegar if desired to make it creamy. It will thicken slightly upon standing. Keeps indefinitely, refrigerated. > > Speaking of recipes I suggest we bombard lovely VM with requests to ADD AN > INDEX!!! Is there any particular kind you are looking for? > > > Here is a cranberry mustard that can be done in a VM >
Guest guest
I'm just a beginner and determined to get the sugar and junk out of what I use, so anything would be wonderful. Thank you so...no hurry. W On 4/8/12 11:51 AM mariadnoca wrote: > I have some others, but don't have the time to post right now - I will later. > Is there any particular kind you are looking for? Guest guest
Aloha, Did I read this correctly? You have a mayo recipe that doesn't use oil? What do you use instead if oil? I thought mayo was basically egg and oil... Aloha, mirthfullady > > Speaking of recipes I suggest we bombard lovely VM with requests to ADD AN > INDEX!!!
