Here is a cranberry mustard that can be done in a VM

Cranberry Mustard

This is great on turkey sandwiches, and good on ham too. It's a pretty

pink color.

3/4 c. yellow mustard seeds

1 1/2 c. cider vinegar

1 1/4 c. dried cranberries

3 T. honey

1 t. salt

Combine mustard seeds, vinegar and cranberries in a non-reactive bowl

and soak for 48 hours, adding additional vinegar if necessary to keep

seeds covered with liquid.

Scrape mixture into a food processor (or VM) and process until mixture

turns creamy flecked with seeds and bits of cranberry. Add honey

and salt. This process can take anywhere from 3-4 minutes (except in a

VM). Add additional vinegar if desired to make it creamy. It will

thicken

slightly upon standing.

Keeps indefinitely, refrigerated.

I have some others, but don't have the time to post right now - I will later. Is

there any particular kind you are looking for?

I'm just a beginner and determined to get the sugar and junk out of what I

use, so anything would be wonderful. Thank you so...no hurry.

Aloha,

Did I read this correctly? You have a mayo recipe that doesn't use oil? What

do you use instead if oil? I thought mayo was basically egg and oil...

I have only read this just this morning, have not tried it and will

tomorrow. So don't know yet! But --

From Transitioning to Living Cuisine by Rene Oswald:

1 Zucchini, cut in to 1/ 1/2 " pieces

2 Stalks celery, cut in to 1 1/2 " pieces

2 T lemon juice

3 T pine nuts or raw cashews, soaked in water for 30 minutes

3 T raw sunflower seeds, soaked in water for 8-10 hours

1 T raw sesame seeds, soaked in water for 8 - 1- hours

1 Date, soaked in water for 15 minutes, pitted

1 clove Garlic

Place all of the ingredients in the the high-speed blender and run on high

until creamy, about 15 seconds. Add additional water to thin dressing if

desired.
