Guest guest
I thought this talk was quite interesting. Esp because so many people coming into the group ask about what to sweeten their smoothies with. I prefer to use the natural sugars already in the fruits and some vegetables and rarely add to their sweet, but it is good to know what is thought to be least risky. http://www.drweil.com/drw/u/VDR00098/What-to-Eat-When-You-Crave-Sweets.html Velda
Guest guest
How timely this message was! Thanks for posting it. I have spent some time the last few nights combing through the links for the recommended brand of stevia. I seem to remember a month or so ago, Lee Ann talked about which brand she used, but I can't find it now. Suggestions on stevia brand? Would appreciate it! Take care, > > I thought this talk was quite interesting. Esp because so many people > coming into the group ask about what to sweeten their smoothies with.
