ice cream and a couple of question

I just made a blueberry Ice cream. I used a little bit of DaVinci Vanilla Syrup

and a bit of powdered sugar I made yesterday when I took the Dry Container out

for a whirl. It was very tasty and a pretty color. I thought it was going to

come out gray but no, it was nice. All of the berries were turned into ice cream

but I could feel a little bit of the seeds on the palate. Not as silky as the

mango, pineapple, or strawberry has been.

Do you think the DaVinci Vanilla syrup needs to be refrigerated. I couldn't find

anything on the label but the type is small.

I did the usual 2 cups frozen fruit which just makes two medium size servings.

Can you make more? Like just double the recipe or does that no work?

I loved the polenta last night. Thanks so much everyone, especially Lea Ann and

for encouraging me.
