these raw sauces got me to try a spinach Pesto

I started to think what I had in the house.. and made up a spinach pesto over

multi grain pasta. I added a coupled of chopped sun dried tomatoes to the pesto

after it was made.....OH MY .. that was that ever good.

Lunch was broccoli cheese soup.. but didn't have any milk.. but had a can of

evaporated milk for another recipe. well used it in place of the skim.. OH MY,

SO MUCH BETTER... will have to reconsider how I make it in the future..

It is now time to expand to other uses for the VM.. looking over the

cookbook.now.
