Let me know if you think of anyway to do it. Creme de Cocoa of course, brewed coffee.. super strong with instant espresso added to that…. a little vanilla…. I need something with some fiber. Bananas would be too strong I think. What do you think??? I made a raspberry ice cream last night. I had to fiddle with it. I realized right away I needed to add something with moisture so I put in some frozen strawberries. Processed that and gave it a taste. It was fine but it was too seedy so I had to add a little cream and process another minute. That did the trick. Still It did have a few seeds. Raspberries is not the best choice for ice cream. Certainly not solo. It was fine and I had some today after lunch which was the fabulous Zhug. I sent you that recipe which I did in the VM of course. Let me know if you have any inspiration about the coffee ice cream. Pumpkin??? Or would that overtake the coffee flavor… probably.
