Also, Jane on Blend it and Mend it has tons of video clips on you tube. I have also gotten several e-books for free (PDF files) if you sign up with your email address. No cost. If you do want to spend money, go to amazon and do a search and there are several recipe books there. Once you start, it is the snow ball effect, you keep finding more and more. Next you will want to know about sprouting and container gardening and different herbs and things like the difference between almond and soy milk. Knowledge never ends.
