Shoot - never got a chance to make it today. Was a crazy busy day (sold 14 machines!) and I usually only make applesauce when it is slow and I've had someone who stayed through juice, ice cream, soup, AND the green smoothie demos…Hopefully I'll get a chance to make it tomorrow!

Made this at the show. It was good- but I think it was because I tried Green Granny apples instead of my usual Gala Apples it didn't taste as good as my usual apple sauce recipe. This show is over and I'll have to wait until next show to try it again. (sadly, my boys don't like apple sauce!)
