hulda clark says that people who crave crunchy salty things have weak adrenal

glands. OR perhaps you are craving sodium and not providing your body with

the correct (animal?) form of sodium. try some pantethine and/or royal jelly

in the morning and see if that helps your cravings-- one might assume that

if it works, then indeed your adrenal glands were weak. or see if you crave

more salt the more stressed you become. perhaps try some raw goat milk and

see if that satisfies the craving.

gotta run-- off to eat some baby back ribs :-)
