It was very quick and easy to whip up and the black beans were whirred into oblivion so they were undetectable. I would like to try some sweetener substitutes next time though - 3/4 sugar seems like a lot. The only thing I subbed was coconut oil for the canola oil and they turned out much more fudgey (I don't think that is a word -but you get the idea!) whereas before they were more cake like.Here is a link to the recipe:http://mealmakeovermoms.com/kitchen/2009/07/10/black-bean-brownies/ To adapt to the Vitamix, I mixed the beans, eggs and melted coconut oil until the beans were fairly blended and then blended everything for 30 seconds or so.
