Jams and jellies

I just noticed that I have some jams and/or jellies that have been hiding in the

back of the fridge. I know that they won't be the healthiest smoothies, but any

ideas for using them to get rid of them. I am thinking I could use them like

honey for sweetness. Will be more calories and the high fructose, but would

help use it up. I am even thinking as I type of it turning into some sort of

sorbet with ice and yogurt.

The bad possibilities are probably endles..
