Guest guest
Beth: Regarding mild to severe ADHD -- I think that's true of most diagnoses. It's a continuum. Most kids also lose at least some of their hyperactivity as they get older, but the attentional problems remain. In my son's case, his hyperactivity was moderate, I suppose, but the stimulants which helped him with the ADHD exacerbated his OCD to the point he had to be hospitalized. Now we put up with the fidgeting (and truthfully it is less than it was a few years ago -- he's almost 11). If you need add sites, I have a bunch bookmarked at work I could send you if you email me privately. Don't have them here at home. I don't recall an ask the expert site, but I can send you what I have. Jule in Cleveland
