My smoothie yesterday was:

1 small lime peeled

2 stalks celery

1/2 cucmber

1 small red bell pepper

3 basil leaves (from my garden)

Sea Salt

1/2 avocado

3 hands full of collards (de-stemmed)

ice + water (only a little bit)

After it was all blended, I added the other half of the avocado, some more red

pepper, some roasted pumpkin seeds and some walnuts and ran it on variable speed

#1 until it was all chopped up. I poured this into a bowl and ate it with a

spoon - DELISH!

Sounds yummy!Rena

If God brings you to it, He will bring you through it.Happy moments, praise God. Difficult moments, seek God. Quiet moments, worship God. Painful moments, trust God. Every moment, thank God.
