Guest guest
My smoothie yesterday was: 1 small lime peeled 2 stalks celery 1/2 cucmber 1 small red bell pepper 3 basil leaves (from my garden) Sea Salt 1/2 avocado 3 hands full of collards (de-stemmed) ice + water (only a little bit) After it was all blended, I added the other half of the avocado, some more red pepper, some roasted pumpkin seeds and some walnuts and ran it on variable speed #1 until it was all chopped up. I poured this into a bowl and ate it with a spoon - DELISH! Difficult moments, seek God. Quiet moments, worship God. Painful moments, trust God. Every moment, thank God.
