Learn how easy it is to receive a trade-in credit by calling a Vitamix trade-in sales consultant at 1-800-848-2649.Getting Started:To take advantage of the Vitamix Trade-in program, you must first purchase a regularly priced new or reconditioned machine directly from Vitamix by calling (800) 848-2649.Your sales consultant will send you a Trade-in Voucher with a Return Authorization number (RA#) and instructions to complete the trade-in process.Once you receive your Trade-in Voucher, follow their instructions to complete the trade-in process.Vitamix will issue your refund ($100 U.S./$150 Canada) upon receipt of your old machine when accompanied by your Trade-in Voucher.Already purchased a machine?If you are within 90 days of your machine purchase, you can still take advantage of the Vitamix Trade-in program.
