Watermelon Sorbet - was - Watermelon ideas needed

Hello ,I love watermelon Sorbet. I just freeze chunks of watermelon and mix with unfrozen watermelon in the Vitamix. (about one cup of unfrozen then enough frozen chunks of watermelon to reach the 4 cup line in the Vitamix…I like simple, but you could also add mint leaves to this to bump up the flavor.I do the same thing with carrot juice (mixing frozen carrot juice ice cubes with carrot juice) for a carrot juice sorbet!
