Evening folks. I made a crustless chocolate mousse pie in the VM at weekend to

use up some leftover tofu (which I have now decided is really not for me).

Anyhoo. It's really tasty but mega rich and there's LOADS of it. Now I'm not

sure if it can spoil but as I am also on a calorie restricted diet and really

don't want it sitting in my fridge. So my question is, is there anything else I

can make it into with the vitamix? I'm thinking ice cream simply by putting the

mousse in with some frozen milk cubes. Anyone got any other suggestions?

Thanks :)

Debbie

Oops - sorry Debbie. Ice cream as you described sounds great to me! (Or freeze the Mousse in ice cube trays and use that as the frozen ingredient in ice cream or what about a milk shake or a cappuccino?
