So I tried this out last night with rave reviews (even from my veggie hater son). I used my normal recipe, but included one full bag of raw spinach buzzed up with the eggs in the vitamix before mixing all ingredients together. ( I also used whole wheat flour in addition to the other flours do make the dough come together as it was too wet with the addition of the spinach- sorry, I did not keep track how much, just add as necessary) 1 cup all purpous flour 1 cup semolina flour 3 eggs 1 Tablespoon olive oil pinch of salt In vitamix combine the spinach with the eggs until liquified. In stand mixer add flours, olive oil and salt and mix until a soft dough forms. You can do this by hand if you like. Use a pasta maker to create any shape pasta yo want!
