Guest guest Posted April 12, 2012 Report Share Posted April 12, 2012 A dear friend is suffering with this affliction and LOVES her fruit green smoothies.. but after another bout of IBS.. she has been reading that no yogurt or milk products.. Not sure if that is true or not but.. I suggested Almond milk at least temporarily... any one that might have some first hand experience with this or has some good idea's on the best approach would be appreciated..
