HERE it is in again.. Blender Lemon Curd.

the text was so small that is why I used the rich text to get it bigger so we

could read it.

blender Lemon Curd

From Deb Murray

¾ cup fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon grated lemon zest

¾ cup sugar

3 eggs

½ cup unsalted butter, cubed

Put all ingredients in blender jar of commercial blender (like VitaMix) with lid

and blend for 4 to 5 minutes on high until cooked.

three fourths of cup of lemon juice

three fourth cups of sugar
