Guest guest Posted April 15, 2012 Report Share Posted April 15, 2012 Hi all,All the recipes I see on-line for making rice milk calls for 1 C long grain brown rice / 8 C water. Boil for 3 hours. Blend with equal parts water. Add salt and sweetener to taste. My question. I don't know if the cooking time is to soften it sufficiently for blending or for some other reason. If it is just to soften then I would think it's not necessary to cook it that long for a VM. Does anybody know? TIA!RenaIf God brings you to it, He will bring you through it.
