Plus I wanted to add a bit of protein since this was for seniors who are struggling with eating nutritious things. Re: soup continued Great! I find with cauliflower soup, that it doesn't need any extra thickening if you use less liquid, but beans in it sounds good too!>> Threw in a scoop of white beans to my soup so I didn't have to add more dairy than just a sprits of cheese.
